Pilates is a series of slow exercises and movements which will:

  • strengthen ‘core’ muscles (abdominals and back)
  • improve posture and joint alignment
  • tone muscles
  • re-dress muscular imbalances
  • improve flexibility
  • improve balance.


If you want to strengthen and tone your muscles in a slow, controlled yet relaxed manner, this class is ideal.



If you suffer from aches and pains due to postural problems; short, tight muscles; or stress, this is the perfect class to balance and stretch you out.  You will leave this class feeling taller, lighter, relaxed and revitalised. 

However, these sessions are not suitable for serious or acute injuries, nor pregnant women.


Tuesday: 10 - 11am and 6 - 7pm


Monday: 10 - 11am
Wednesday 6 - 7pm


€4.70 per session, or
€42 for 12 sessions (a saving of €14.40) 

Beginners are welcome, wear loose and comfortable clothing and bring a small towel.

Class numbers will be limited to ensure I can give you the best teaching possible.
